These terms are here to make your experience on casecandy.au and with your purchases of our Case Candy Rugged Shield and Doodle Defender as smooth as possible. We are thrilled to have you, so please take a cozy moment to read.
Acceptance of Terms
When you visit casecandy.au or buy our products, you are agreeing to these terms. We might update them from time to time, so please check back now and then. If something does not suit you, we kindly invite you to step away. Australian law, specifically New South Wales, guides our agreement with a smile.
Product Purchases
We are excited to offer the Case Candy Rugged Shield for $23 and Doodle Defender for $27, shipped worldwide. Prices include Australian sales tax. With only 120 units, 60 each, launching early August, stock is limited. Sales are final unless our 30-day money-back guarantee applies, which you can find in our refund policy. Your pre-order is a promise to pay, and we are grateful for your trust!
Shipping and Delivery
We handle your order with care and process it in 2-5 business days, shipping from Australia. Within Australia, expect 2-5 days to metro areas like Sydney or Melbourne, and 5-8 days to regional spots like Cairns. Worldwide, it is 5-10 days metro-to-metro or up to 15-25 days regionally, plus a little extra for customs. You can track your durable iPhone case at casecandy.au. If weather or holidays cause delays, we will do our best to keep you in the loop.
Returns and Refunds
If your case does not bring you joy, we are here to help! Contact us at hi@casecandy.au within 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. We will refund you promptly after we receive it, covering return shipping if the product is faulty. Otherwise, we gently ask you to cover the return cost. No exchanges, but you are welcome to place a new order anytime.
Intellectual Property
The doodles from my 7-year-old and our “Doodle Defense, Handcrafted to Last!” tagline are Case Candy’s special treasures. Please do not copy our custom doodle phone case designs, as we would rather not take legal steps, but we will to protect our art if needed.
Advertising
Looking ahead, we will share happy ads on TikTok, Google, and more to highlight our durable iPhone case. Offers are valid while stocks last. We are not responsible for any third-party ad mix-ups, so please check casecandy.au for the real deal. Clicking ads means you accept their terms too, and we hope you enjoy the fun! Ads comply with platform rules and local laws.
Limitation of Liability
We are here to support you, but Case Candy cannot be held accountable for lost shipments, damages after delivery, or misuse. Our maximum responsibility is your purchase price. We cannot cover indirect damages, like if your phone cracks, but we will always try to assist with a smile.
User Conduct
We want a warm and friendly space! Please do not hack, spam, or misuse casecandy.au. If necessary, we may cancel orders or ask you to leave, and we would prefer to avoid legal action. Let us keep it a happy place!
Privacy
We collect your name and address for orders, but never store credit card details because your security matters. Check our privacy policy for more. By shopping with us, you kindly agree to this.
Disputes
